Rocky Mountains

The Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the highest parks in the country, with elevations ranging from 7,860' to 14,259'. In this high-elevation park, you will find large valleys, evergreen forests, alpine lakes, raging rivers, and over sixty mountain peaks taller than 12,000'. While you can't go wrong with any hike in this park, I would recommend the Emerald Lake Trail, Mills Lake & Black Lake Trail, and Chasm Lake Trail.
